Joe is a landscape architect with 15 years of experience with public and private sector projects across Chicagoland. His professional experience includes working with clients and communities in the design and management of a variety of landscape architecture and open space planning projects including streetscape design, community planning, transportation planning, commercial development, corporate headquarters, public plazas, and urban parks from concept development through construction administration. With his unique visualization, graphic representation, and communication skills, he enjoys inspiring community dialogue and making abstract concepts more perceptible and tangible for clients. Joe prides himself on his dedication to the highest level of client satisfaction through a focus on exceptional craftsmanship and uncompromising quality.

Passion for the Profession
Joe has always had a green thumb and an interest in garden design. Joe loves to create beautiful plant combinations that are designed to thrive in their particular microclimate. Additionally, he has an interest in the ecology side of the profession. Joe has always been fascinated by how things work together within ecosystems and particularly, the affect our profession can have on its surroundings and its ability to improve environmental degradation.
In addition to gardening and garden design, Joe loves traveling and seeing various natural and cultivated landscapes around the world. He also has an interest in foreign languages as he is fluent in French and hopes to add more to the list. Joe is the youngest of four boys with a large extended Irish family where he enjoys being a fun uncle to his 8 nieces and nephews.
