Planning Resources led a team of professionals in creating a plan to update and revitalize the Village of Addison's aging industrial area. This plan addressed the aging infrastructure and outdated technology of this development by creating recommendations for enhancing rights of way and upgrading the existing architecture. A 10 year phasing program and strategies for plan implementation helped to make the Village's goals a reality.
