Keven L. Graham, ASLA, RLA is a licensed Landscape Architect, Managing Principal and Director of Planning with Planning Resources. His experience in preparing and managing a variety of landscape developments includes the planning and design for projects involving residential development land planning, site planning, streetscape planning, open space master planning and LEED? application design. During his career, Keven has worked to develop livable communities through his planning and design strategies for downtown revitalization, community master planning and sustainable site planning. His background includes a degree in Architectural Construction Technology and Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree. Keven is a Past President of the Illinois Chapter American Society of Landscape Architects and serves on ASLA Sustainable Design and Development committee.

Darrell E. Garrison ASLA, RLA, CPSI, is a Principal/Director of Landscape Architecture and a licensed Landscape Architect with extensive professional experience in design and master planning Darrell initiates design and planning concepts as well as overseeing the implementation of all design related issues. He coordinates the efforts of the project team from the initial site analysis and programming through project completion. Darrell has participated in a wide range of management and technical roles in site planning, landscape architectural design, streetscape enhancements, and park and recreation planning projects with emphasis on site engineering, construction documentation and contract administration. He is a graduate of Ball State University in Indiana.  Darrell is the immediate past chair of the Public Service Committee of the IL ASLA.  Currently, he serves as a member of the Landscape Architect Registration Board for the State of Illinois. 

Michael A. Tait, is the Principal/Financial Officer of Planning Resources.  Mike has over 15 years of financial experience and holds a BS in Finance and an MS in Accounting.  He also provides technical support to the company.

As one of the founders of Planning Resources Inc., Lan R. Richart has over 30 years of professional experience in the management of interdisciplinary teams conducting environmental impact analyses for public works projects. Since 1976, he has managed and directed the preparation of environmental documentation pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) on projects for the Departments of Transportation in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa. He is currently approved by the Illinois Department of Transportation as an Environmental Lead for Complex Environmental Assessments and directs transportation studies for PRI.

Pamela J. Richart, AICP is a Senior Executive with Planning Resources Inc. and past Director of Planning. Pamela has a Master's Degree in Human Ecology and continues to lead projects in land use planning and zoning. Her work experience includes the preparation of comprehensive plans and their updates, zoning ordinances and text amendments, architectural review, development of land use recommendations and design guidelines for special study areas. She has directed site plan and architectural review for more than 600 projects while representing both rural and urban municipalities in the Chicago metropolitan area. Pamela also brings special expertise to the Planning Resources' transportation team in the areas of land use, socio-economics and historic and cultural resources. As part of this work, she helps develop and carry out public and agency involvement programs aimed at reaching public consensus on complex or controversial proposals.

Juli E. Crane, SPC, PWS, Director of Environmental Studies, is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist with a passion for native plant identification (particularly grasses and sedges). With an MS from Utah State University in Fisheries and Wildlife and over 18 years of experience, Juli has led such projects as the Springbrook Prairie wetland bank, Bartlett Quarry wetland mitigation, Mt. Emblem Cemetery shoreline stabilization, and Distillery Road prairie restoration. In addition, she performs compliance reviews for local stormwater and landscape ordinances throughout the Chicago area. Juli also is a member of the Wheaton Landscape Diversity Committee and is an advisor to Boy Scouts working on environmental merit badges.
